
Meet Steven Sharma, Koa River Capital’s Director of Business Development
Steven has an accomplished background in real estate finance and the support of both new and existing client relationships. Steven began his real estate career in 2003 where he was a loan officer at Union Fidelity Mortgage. Within a year, he became a sales manager and helped grow UFM from 27 to over 150 employees.
Working closely with clients is very important to Steven. He asks detailed questions to help paint an accurate picture of what the client wants to achieve. Steven echoes Koa River Capital’s belief that every client has unique goals and needs to be treated as such. Steven believes in providing an excellent customer service experience because a happy customer feels well served and this is the intention.
Steven is passionate about spending time with his wife, son, mother and two stepchildren, His hobbies included fantasy football, Texas Hold’em poker, real estate investment, and travel. His dad worked at United Airlines as a mechanic so Steven got the travel bug early and has visited 29 countries so far. His top five bucket list of countries he still wants to visit in no particular order are Columbia, Cuba, Fiji, Poland, and South Korea.
Steven holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Diego. He is currently licensed as a mortgage loan originator in California. He utilizes his background to add value to Koa River Capital.
